Tension Supply ("we," "us," or "our") is a small business based in the Bay Area, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Payment information: When you purchase from us, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Order information: Stripe provides us with your name, email address, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill your purchase.
- Feedback form: If you submit a message through our feedback form, that message is stored by Formspree and sent to our email. We only receive the text you write.
- Contact information: If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
We do not run analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. We do not track you across the web.

These services may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) as part of normal hosting operations.

Our website itself does not set tracking cookies. However, when the Stripe payment widget loads on our page, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and security purposes. These are necessary for the checkout to function and cannot be opted out of without leaving the page.
5. Data Retention
Order information is retained as long as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes). Feedback form submissions are retained in our email for as long as we deem necessary, and can be deleted on request.
