Short version: Not happy? Email us within 30 days. We'll make it right — no hassle.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at help@tensionsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order — in which case we'll cover return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processes refunds, which may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at help@tensionsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the shipment notification, contact us. We'll investigate and either reship or refund your order.
Exchanges
We currently offer one product, so exchanges are not applicable at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (contact us anyway — we may still be able to help)
- Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer
