Free shipping on every order. Ships within 1–2 business days. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the shipment date, please contact us at help@tensionsupply.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — we can only change the destination before the order ships.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrived damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right — see our Refund Policy.
